Join us for an intimate, 24-seat TEDxNashville Tasting exploring Southern sophistication through food, story, and conversation.

David Andrews brings classical French technique to a distinctly Southern sensibility. Over a multi-course tasting menu created for the evening, he’ll share the thinking behind what you’re eating: the ingredients, techniques, memories, traditions, and choices that shape each course.

But this isn’t simply dinner.

Between courses, we’ll turn the table into a place for ideas.

Through guided conversation with the people around you, we’ll explore questions of taste, beauty, tradition, luxury, craftsmanship, and belonging. What makes something feel elevated? Who gets to define good taste? What traditions are worth preserving—and what happens when we reinterpret them?

You won’t spend the evening sitting silently through a presentation. You’ll eat. You’ll listen. You’ll talk. You’ll meet people you probably didn’t know when you arrived.
